Who can use MissPoppins?

MissPoppins is a technology platform and connects you with coaches who may be based out of different geographies. We offer classes and on-demand care for growing families. Our experts can help navigate everything from pregnancy to postpartum. All families look different, and we support all types of families, whatever their race, gender, class, religion, sexual orientation or family structure. We’re here for you. If you don’t see a service or a class on a topic you're interested in, let us know. 

How does MissPoppins choose their experts?

MissPoppins is committed to providing a coaching network that exceeds expectations. Our coaches are specialists in their respective fields (may or may not be licensed) with a passion for parent-centered, non-judgmental, non-discriminatory care. 

Why is MissPoppins only available virtually?

We aim to deliver the best care to families, everywhere, independent of location and circumstances. Quality, customized care should be accessible and convenient. Sometimes virtual care is the only way to provide the care a family needs and our experience proves that parents thrive with virtual consultations and classes.

How many coaches can I connect with at one time?

MissPoppins has coaches for all your babycare needs and you can decide however many you want to connect with, based on your requirements and our experts present across the platform.

What kind of Coaches does MissPoppins have?

MissPoppins has coaches from all fields of baby care expertise from Lactation consultants, doula experts, sleep coaching, child nutritionist, babycare specialist, development coaches, speech therapists, behavior coaches, and many more.

Can I purchase multiple services from the platform?

Yes, MissPoppins has different services available based on the different coaches available across the platform. You can purchase different packages from different coaches based on your requirements.

How often can I communicate with the coaches on the platform?

You would have unlimited chat access to communicate with experts across the platform once you have purchased your package.


Do I get any free consultation?

Yes, you would be able to engage in a one 15 minute free consultation with coaches from each area of expertise.

How many video calls would I be able to have with the expert/ practitioner?

All the information about the package in association with the service you are purchasing would be mentioned in the service tab of the practitioner.

Can I transfer the service package to anyone else?

No. You would not be able to transfer or sell the service package that you have purchased through our platform.

Can I have multiple kids profiles created?

Yes, you can each of your kids details individually on the platform and connect with different or same experts for each of your child’s requirements.

Would any advice or tips provided be medical advice/ treatment for the child?

MissPoppins and our coaches are not licensed medical professionals or healthcare providers to be able to give any kind of medical treatment. If you have any medical emergencies or questions regarding health care,  please consult your pediatrician and/or connect with a healthcare professional. 

Does MissPoppins work with insurance or an FSA/HSA?

We currently do not have that option.  Our coaches on the platform can issue you a Superbill that you can send to your insurance company to try to help you get reimbursed. You can use your FSA card for making purchases


Does MissPoppins have a refund policy?

At this time, All payments made to purchase a package to consult with our coaches are final and non-refundable.
